I want to thank Tim Schoenheit for all of his amazing help throughout this apartment search journey. In this crazy market, he has been incredibly attentive, thorough, and accommodating from the moment I reached out. Unlike some agents who are only focused on making a sale, Tim truly listened, understood the assignment, and stayed with us through the entire process. He was always professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely return for any future real estate needs. Thanks again, Tim.

We cannot say enough great things about Tim Schoenheit with The Keyes Company in Coral Springs. From the very beginning, Tim worked tirelessly to help our family secure a rental home while we were relocating from another state on a very short deadline.

The rental market was extremely competitive, and despite multiple applications going with other candidates, Tim never gave up on us. He consistently found new properties, stayed proactive throughout the entire process, and continued working endlessly until we were finally selected for the perfect home.

His communication was exceptional — always quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed. What truly stood out was how far above and beyond he went to make a stressful move feel manageable and supported every step of the way.

If you are looking for a realtor who is dedicated, hardworking, responsive, and truly cares about his clients, we highly recommend Tim. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did for our family and would choose to use him again in the future.
